Vitokan®

Vitokan® is recommended for use in complex therapy for:

• fibrocystic mastopathy;
• climacteric syndrome;
• surgical menopause;
• premenstrual syndrome;
• dishormonal disorders during the period of perimenopause and postmenopause.

Composition: a homogenized mixture of shelf fungus extracts (black chaga mushroom), sandy everlasting, horse sorrel, St. John’s wort, centaury ordinary, pot marigold, European cranberry bush, common licorice, knotweed, horsetail, purple echinacea, garlic, maybush, cinnamon rose, wild strawberry, sage, common periwinkle, great burdock, peony, black currant, calamus root.

Excipients:

Vitokan® capsules for oral use. Contains 250 mg, excipients: Orisil, calcium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose 30 mg – solid gelatin capsule with hemispherical ends. The capsule shell consists of two shaped parts. The contents of the capsule is a homogeneous mixture of plant origin of a dark brown color, the taste and smell is characteristic of raw materials, without foreign tastes and odors.

Vitokan® solution for internal use (1 ml contains 250 mg of extract), excipients: ethanol 40%. Transparent liquid without any foreign inclusions, sediment is allowed.

Contains biologically active substances: flavonoids, tannins, essential oils, hypericin, anthraquinone, isosalipuroside, butulin.

The use of Vitokan® contributes to:

• decreases prolactin level, normalizes the level of pituitary hormones and sex hormones estradiol and progesterone in women.
• reduces risk of functional disorders in female cyclic processes.
• normalizes endocrine system function and improves the quality of life in the period of perimenopause and postmenopause.

Biologically active substances of medicinal plants extracts comprising Vitokan®, have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and membrane-stabilizing, choleretic and antispasmodic effects, also has a mild sedative effect, helps to reduce nervous excitation, improves sleep, increases working capacity, promotes an improved immune response.

Recommendations for use: take 30 drops (1 ml) or 1 capsule, 15-30 minutes before meal, wash it down with warm water, 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening). Course of administration: 1 month, later on the administration should be approved by the attending physician.

Contraindications: no experience of use in children under 12 years, idiosyncrasy of the drug components, profound impaired liver and kidney function, and breastfeeding.

Side effects: rare allergic reactions in case of individual sensitivity to any component.

Interaction with other drugs: the use of other drugs is not excluded.

Overdose: currently overdose cases are unknown

Special instructions: the dietary supplement taken in recommended doses does not affect ability to drive vehicles.

Storage conditions and shelf life: at 2 °C – 25 °C, 24 months.
